About the Course

It takes a minmimum of 6 weeks to rewire and train your brain to help you in times of pressure, stress and performance. And that's if you have the discipline and mental fitness to work at it... every single day.

This course is specfically designed to start your mental performance journey by building your mental fitness. Think of it like going to the gym, except your exercising and training your brain.

The course includes:

  • An introductory coaching call with Athlete EQ founder and certified mental performance coach, Jessica Circe,

  • The Positive Intelligence Program®, a 6 week mental fitness program created by New York Times bestselling author and Stanford professor Shirzad Chamine,

  • An equestrian-centered guide for learning and reflection during the course,

  • A completion coaching call with coach Jessica to finalise learnings and plan your next steps.
