Improving your riding performance means working not only the body and the horse, but your brain as well. And you are either training your brain to help you or to hinder you. Training your brain for mental performance starts with knowing where you are now and then knowing where you want to be. This session is designed specifically for equestrians to establish where they are with mental performance and to experience how mental performance coaching can increase their confidence, reduce their stress and ultimately, perform better.
